It is known to many that TV actor Karan Wahi share a good equation with Virat Kohli as they were in the same cricket team together. However, it has recently been revealed that Abhishek Kapur, who plays the role of Sameer Luthra in hit show Kundali Bhagya, happens to share a great bond with the Indian cricket team captain.

According to a Tellychakkar.com report, Abhishek and Virat share the same birth date as well and that makes their friendship even more special.

While viewers may wonder how the two became friends, it has been revealed that Abhishek and Virat played cricket for 14 years and were in the same batch.

Their friendship came to light when the actor wished Virat for his wedding on Twitter along with pictures from their childhood.

"From our younger days to now not only have u matured as a cricketer but as a human being as well we have not spent much time together in the last few years but yes seeing u on field n ure interviews makes me realise d gud change in u wish u al d best cheeku much ❤️ @imVkohli," Abhishek tweeted.

Elaborating on his post, Abhishek told the website: "I am very happy and wished him on social media. We happened to meet last year and spent a good two to three hours together discussing our professional and personal life. He also mentioned about how he has seen my craft in ad films."

Meanwhile, Virat and Anushka have been trending on the internet ever since they got married in Tuscany, Italy on December 11. The wedding was attended by close family and a few friends at a luxurious resort amid high security.
