The music of upcoming Malayalam film "Kanal" was launched at Hotel Travancore Court in Kochi at 7pm on Thursday, 17 September.
The music is composed by Ouseppachan and Vinu Thomas.
The Mohanlal starrer is directed by M Padmakumar and scripted by S Suresh Babu. Earlier, the trio had worked together in the 2010 film, "Shikkar".

"Kanal" was extensively shot in Kochi, Munnar, Mysore, Hyderabad, Goa and Qatar. The cast will also include Anoop Menon, Atul Kulkarni, Pratap Pothan, Honey Rose, Nikita Thukral and Sheelu Abraham.
The cinematography was done by Vinod Illampally, while editing was done by Ranjan Abraham.
"Kanal", produced by Abraham Mathew under the banner Abaam Movies in association with Aashirvad Films, will be released on 21 October 2015.
