Fans were treated to a close glimpse of actors Mohanlal, Junior NTR, and director Koratala Siva at work when the veteran actor posted a selfie showing the trio at the shooting of the upcoming big-budget Telugu film, "Janatha Garage." Mohanlal posted the picture on his Facebook page, and wrote, "Location selfie with Jr. NTR and Director Koratala Siva at the sets of Janatha Garage [sic]." The post has been trending on social media since Tuesday, March 29.

Mohanlal has joined the "Janatha Garage" team for the second schedule of the shooting. The movie, which had started making news ever since its ensemble cast comprising Mohanlal, Jr. NTR and Unni Mukundan was announced, went on floors Feb. 22.

Unni too has expressed his excitement in joining the team. "Joining ‪#‎JanataGarage from tomorrow !! Going to share the screen space with the Complete Actor, Laletan...Dream Come True !!! #‎innerpeace Got a warm welcome to the Telegu Film Industry!!! Thank You, ‪#‎JrNTR [sic]," Unni posted on his social media page. This is the first time that Mohanlal and Unni are acting together in a project. The "Vikramadithyan" actor plays the villain in the action thriller.

"Janatha Garage" also stars Malayalam actor Rahman, who will be seen as Mohanlal's brother after 30 years. Meanwhile, Jr. NTR will be romancing Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen in the film, which also features Sai Kumar, Brahmaji, Benarjee, Ajay, Sitara, Devayani and Gunaji in pivotal roles. The movie is written and directed by Koratala Siva, and produced under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers.
