Delhi's Kanika Kapur was crowned the Miss Queen of India 2015 on Saturday, 18 April. The 5th edition of Manappuram Miss Queen of India took place at ITC Grand Chola, Guindy, in Chennai.
While Srinidhi R Shetty from Mangalore became the first runner-up, Gayathri R Suresh from Kerala was selected as the second runner-up.

The final contestants of the beauty peagent event were Aileena Catherin Amon, Akanksha Mohan, Akshaya Alshi, Chhaya Karnatak, Gayathri Suresh, Gurusha Gandhi, Dr. Hannah Reji Koshy, Kanika Kapur, Kritika Rathore, Magen Fernandes, Dr. Meenu Krishnan, Nidhi Kumari , Ria Sadhwani, Seemta Choudhary, Srinidhi R Shetty, and Vanlalmalsawmi C.
While Aileena from Kerala won the Miss South India title, Gurusha from Bareilly was selected as Miss Queen North. C Vanlalmalsawmi from Mizoram became Miss Queen East and Magen Fernandes from Goafor was selected as Miss Queen West.

The judges at the event were Miss World first runner-up Parvathy Omanakuttan, Miss Queen of India Pooja Bhamrah, entrepreneur Mili Ashok Verghese, media personality Toshma Biju, and actor Khalid Siddique.
The grand event was presented by Ranjini Haridas and organised by Manappuram Finance Limited and Pegasus Event Makers.
