Patna, Oct 18 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Saturday took a U turn on his controversial statement wherein he said that he would chop off the hands of lax doctors if they found neglecting poor patients. Manjhi said that 'chopping off the hands' is a Hindi idiom and it means restricting ones rights. He added that his intentions were not to hurt the sentiments of the doctors but warn the lax doctors who fail to do their duties sincerely.
