New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi, said that all options were open to form a non-communal and likeminded coalition in the run-up to the battle of 2014 polls. Election Commission is all set to hold the general elections starting mid-April and spread it over at least five phases till early May. Meanwhile, reacting on Aam Aadmi Party, Chief Arvind Kejriwal, Singhvi said that merely crying about negatives and not taking any measures of improvement is an insult to the nation.
