South Koreas military warned North Korea on July 4 after the North claimed it successfully test-launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). Director of Operations at South Koreas Joint Chief of Staff Cho Han-Gyu said, If North Korea ignores our militarys warning and continues provocations, we clearly warn that Kim Jong Un regime will face destruction.
