Kashmir, Sep 23: On May 14, 2013, Arif Shahid, the chief of All Parties National Alliance (APNA) was killed by unknown persons in Pakistan's Rawalpindi city. The 62-year-old Kashmiri nationalist leader was targeted and shot brutally to weaken the struggle for freedom in Azad Kashmir. It's been over four months now, and his killers still roam freely.
