New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted bail to mining baron and former Karnataka minister G Janardhan Reddy in the illegal mining scam case. In his petition for bail, Reddy had argued that he had been in jail for more than three years and that he was in poor health. Reddy, who had earlier managed to get bail in four cases, was rejected bail by the CBI special court in Obalapuram Mining Company (OMC) illegal mining case filed by the CBI. Following this Reddy moved to Supreme Court and managed to obtain the bail.
