Bangalore, Dec 26 (ANI): After two foreign junket trips by a bunch of MLAs in Karnataka kicked up a storm and invited sharp criticism, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday said that foreign 'study tour' planned for the legislators was not his decision. While one group of MLAs has already left to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, another group is set to leave next week to Brazil, Argentina and Peru.
