New Delhi, Jan 29 (ANI): Justin Bieber, who was arrested for DUI earlier in January, wants to take a break from his music career and constant touring to start a tattoo parlor, it has been revealed. A source close to the teen icon has revealed that Bieber told his manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher that he wants to take control of his life and not be out on the road in a different city every other night.
