New Delhi, Sep 26 (ANI): The 41st Chief Justice of India RM Lodha on Friday in a media conference said no judge should accept any constitutional or government assignment after his or her retirement. He further said that the law should be amended to ensure that at least for 2 years after retirement any judge is not given a constitutional post. According to reports, Justice HL Dattu will be the next Chief Justice of India.
