New Delhi, May 28 (ANI): A day after Minister of state in the Prime Minister's Office Jitendra Singh kicked up a controversy after he made a statement calling for a debate on Article 370, which gives special and autonomous status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, politicos from rival parties slammed him. Targeting the BJP, many said that immature ministers should understand their responsibility and speak cautiously.
