Taiwanese smartphone maker, HTC has launched a mid-range Desire 626G+ smartphone in India.
The new Desire 626G+ is a variant of original model Desire 626, which was launched in February. Both the devices house pretty much same specifications, but differ only in a few departments -- CPU, storage and connectivity support.
The former model houses 1.7GHz Octa-core (most likely to be based on Mediatek), 8GB inbuilt memory and 3G network support, whereas the latter comes with 64-bit class Snapdragon 410 series SoC (System on Chip), 16GB storage and 4G-LTE network support.
Other stipulated features include 5.0-inch HD display, Android 4.4 KitKat OS, 1GB RAM, 2000 mAh battery, 13MP camera on the rear-side and a 5MP snapper on the front.

The company has reportedly confirmed that the new HTC Desire 626G+ will hit Indian stores soon, probably by this month for ₹16,900.
