Chandigarh, Nov 10 (ANI): The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday pulled up Haryana police after they failed to produce Rampal, citing resistance by his followers. Public prosecutor Anupam Gupta said that the Court has expressed severe displeasure towards state government for failing to produce Rampal in the court. He added that the Court has directed the Registrar General to issue fresh non-bailable warrant of arrest of Rampal. He further added that the Court has also directed the State Government to immediately execute the warrant of arrest and produce Rampal before the Court on 17th.
