New Delhi, Oct 19 (ANI): Taking a dig at Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh who recently launched an attack on Narendra Modi on Twitter over Gujarat's development model, BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi said Digvijay is the self appointed PM candidate of the Congress party. She further added that Gujarat is one of the best performing states in the country.
