Kolkata, Jan 25 (ANI): Reacting to the recent Birbhum gangrape case where a tribal woman was raped by thirteen men on the directions of the village authorities, West Bengal Governor M.K Narayanan said that his verdict on the case was that the accused should be given corporal punishment. He further said that the criminals should not be associated with any political party.
