New Delhi, Nov 3 (ANI): Even as the Congress expressed concern and slammed the BJP government for its failure to stop repeated incursions by the Chinese army, the BJP has said that the government is very cautious about the border movements and there is no reason to feel threatened. Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) recently made a two-pronged simultaneous incursion reportedly by sending its troops into Indian waters in the Pangong lake as well as five km deep into Indian territory through the land route in the same area.
