New Delhi, Sep 23 (ANI): After Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said at the NIC meet in Delhi that the total responsibility of law and order is of state government and not of centre, Social Activist Kiran Bedi said that centre cannot go away with its responsibilities and that it has to act like a mentor and guidance for the state. Further, Bedi said that state has a governor in the state who reports to the President of the nation and the President in turn has to look after the law and order situation in the state iof the state government fails to do so.
