Lucknow, Sep 16 (ANI): As the Monsoon session of the UP Assembly began with uproar over Muzzaffarnagar violence and thereafter got adjourned on the issue, president of Congress unit in UP, Rita Bahuguna said that BJP as well as SP is responsible for the clashes in the state and the reason is nothing but the upcoming 2014 general elections. Bahuguna also raised question on the state___s administration as to what they were doing and why they could not contain the violence, even when Congress leaders in the state warned them that a situation of communal clashes is raising its head in the state.
