Asus M70AD: World’s First NFC- Enabled PC Launched

Taiwanese technology major, Asus has launched the 'M70AD,' touted to be the world's first NFC enabled PC.

With the innovative NFC feature, he/she can log into their Windows account, transfer data, and even launch applications on the PC right from their smartphones with just a tap of a button (users just need to install an Asus application in their phone).

The new Asus M70AD also boasts of built-in UPS (Un-interrupted Power Supply) system for safe shutdown of the device during unscheduled power cuts and Qi inductive power standard- certified wireless charging pad to charge your smart devices.

Under the hood, it packs fourth generation Intel iCore series (i3/i5/i7) Pentium dual-core processor with Nvidia GeForce GT series graphics card, 1600mHz 2GB DDR3 RAM (up to 16GB) and 7200 RPM HDD (up to 4TB).

Other notable features include SonicMaster (high-definition 8 channel audio), Blu-ray combo driver (optional), Hot Swap USM module for super-fast transfer of data between the PC and the portable storage devices.

According to reports, Asus M70AD costs around ₹62,000, but details regarding the release date are still under wraps.
