New Delhi, Nov 6 (ANI): Defence Minister Arun Jaitley said that Pakistan should draw a red line whether it wants to initiate dialogue or talk to those who wish to break India. Speaking at the World Economic Forum in New Delhi, Jaitley said Pakistan should make a conscious choice for a meaningful dialogue between the two countries. India had called off Secretary level talks with Pakistan earlier in August, giving a jolt to renewed diplomatic efforts between the two nuclear-armed neighbours and adding to the troubles of Pakistan's beleaguered government. Jaitley said India wants to normalize the relationship with Pakistan by initiating the dialogue process.
