Samsung Unveils ‘Galaxy Grand’ with Jelly Bean OS, 8-MP Camera
South Korean electronics conglomerate Samsung on Tuesday unveiled its brand new Galaxy Grand smartphone, which runs on the latest Android 4.1.2 OS Jelly Bean.
Samsung has officially released the images and specifications of Galaxy Grand and stated that the smartphone will be come in dual-SIM and single-SIM versions.
With no support for 4G/LTE network, the smartphone will likely be grouped among mid-range smartphones, Galaxy Grand also features very low display resolution compared to its elder cousins of the Galaxy S series.
The best features of Galaxy Grand is a 5-inch display and a full HD recording 8.0-megapixel camera which makes the smartphone stand out among other budget smartphones.

Samsung will release the dual-SIM version first and later the single-SIM version.
The South Korean company has not specified the price of Galaxy Grand and its date of availability.
A few days back Samsung released a teaser video tagged 'Get Ready'. The video was a precursor to what Samsung fans can expect at the CES event.
Many believe that Samsung will unveil the device at international electronics showcase event CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in January.
There are speculations that the company will also show off its OLED-based Smart Televisions at the CES.
