The trailer of "Amar Akbar Anthony" starring Prithviraj, Indrajith and Jayasurya, which was released on 5 October, has garnered about two lakh views in just two days.
The multi-starrer film, which is the debut directorial by Nadhirshah, is touted to be a comedy thriller. The script of the film is written by Bibin George and Vishnu Unnikrishnan.

The music of the film is composed by Nadhirshah himself, while the lyrics are penned jointly by Santhosh Varma, Baapu Vaavaad and Nadhirshah. The background score was done by National Award winner Bijibal.
In 2006, "Classmates", another multi-starrer from the trio - Prithviraj, Indrajith and Jayasurya - turned out to be one of the highest grossing Malayalam movies.
"Amar Akbar Anthony" is scheduled for release on 16 October.
