New Delhi, Jan 04 (ANI): Delhi's new Women and Child Social Welfare Minister, Rakhi Birla, one of the youngest cabinet ministers, took a surprise inspection of the night shelters in the city to check the plight of the shivering poor. During the inspections, officials have been summoned to explain the situation and offer solutions. Meanwhile, night shelter dweller, Dinesh, complained of poor facilities and lack of hygiene and cleanliness.
