New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): Congress leader Yusuf Bhat who is contesting from the Gandherbal district in Jammu and Kashmir has made a disgraceful statement that girls are a liability for parents. He mentioned his daughters as a liability in the election affidavit. He said that unmarried daughters are a liability to their fathers. Bhat's remark has attracted criticism from several quarters, including human rights activists.
