Popular TV actor Mohsin Khan got engaged to Tamanna on Saturday and shared heartfelt photos from the ceremony on social media, along with a romantic note for his fiancée.
The couple looked stunning in modern and chic outfits. For the engagement, Mohsin opted for a timeless formal look in a well-fitted black two-piece suit featuring sleek satin-finish lapels. He paired it with a crisp white shirt and a bold red tie, which added a pop of colour and complemented Tamanna's evening look.
He kept his accessories minimal, adding only a luxe wristwatch and polished black formal shoes. His hair was neatly swept back, while understated grooming completed his sharp and sophisticated look.
Tamanna, meanwhile, looked elegant in an all-white, floor-length ensemble with a relaxed, flowing silhouette. She paired the soft look with an oversized bouquet featuring blue hydrangeas, pink flowers and delicate greenery, wrapped in pale pink paper.
For the evening celebrations, Tamanna switched gears into a floor-length red gown with a fitted silhouette that gradually opened into a softer, fluid skirt. The bodice was the highlight of the outfit, covered in shimmering embellishments with intricate sequin and bead-like detailing that beautifully caught the light.
Tamanna's enormous oval-cut diamond engagement ring naturally became another focal point.
Mohsin Khan recalls first meeting fiancée Tamanna: 'I knew something within me settled'
The 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actor also recalled the first time he met Tamanna and the moment he realised she was someone special. Sharing a romantic message for his fiancée, Mohsin described Tamanna as "crazy beautiful, confident" and "sensitive," adding that she was always laughing, teasing, hoping and praying.
Recalling their first meeting, he wrote, "The first time we looked at each other, the first time I held your hand to the first time you sang 'Hum toh bhai jaise hai waise rahenge', I knew something within me settled. I had found my Person."
In the caption, Mohsin wrote, "Allahumma baarik Ya Allah So this crazy beautiful confident sensitive girly - always laughing and teasing, hoping and praying, always dancing and singing - was written for me in the heavens. The first time we looked at each other, the first time I held your hand to the first time you sang 'Hum toh bhai jaise hai waise rahenge' I knew something within me settled.
"I had found my Person. I was always told that when your forever person arrives, it will somehow become the easiest and yet the most important decision you will ever make. Maybe our story was already written in the stars. Or maybe, once in a lifetime, two people simply find each other at exactly the moment they were always meant to."
Mohsin added, "As we begin this new journey of our Lives together, a journey filled with Love, Friendship & a Lifetime of Memories... Let me quote from your fav film my Love, 'Mohabbat kya hoti hai ye toh mai nahi jaanta, Lekin iss k liye dil se ek dua zaroor nikalti hai ke iski aankho mai kabhi aasu naa aaye...hamesha hasti rahey...Ab issey Mohabbat kahey toh Mohabbat sahi.' Of all the promises we have made and all the dreams we are yet to dream, perhaps the most beautiful one is this... to find a home in each other. Here's to us, my love. And to the beginning of our forever @tammerrrrz."
The engagement announcement was soon flooded with congratulatory messages from several celebrities and friends from the television industry. Divyanka Tripathi wrote, "Congratulations to you both." Shraddha Arya commented, "Congratulations," while Samridhii Shukla wrote, "You guys are beautiful together, god bless you with a lifetime of happiness."
"Love and luck forever.. beautiful this is," Nia Sharma wrote.
