The sexual assault case against K-Drama star Yoochun may have been dropped, according to a new report. The "Three Days" star was earlier accused of forcing himself on Ms. Lee, a 24-year-old employee at an adult entertainment establishment in Seoul's Gangnam District. But there have been conflicting reports and it isn't yet clear if the police has stopped its investigation into the alleged crime that took place on Saturday, June 4.

Several local media outlets in Korea reported on Tuesday, June 14, that Ms. Lee withdrew her statement after filing charges against Yoochun aka Park Yoo-chun on Friday, June 10. These reports surfaced after Sports Donga claimed she dropped the case on the same day.

According to Soompi, sources in Youth and Women criminal investigation section told several media persons that Ms. Lee confirmed sexual relations weren't forced. The outlet also pointed out that the Seoul Gangnam Police later said the case has been dropped. However, Yoochun's agency, C-JeS Entertainment, said they haven't received any notification from the police.

An Allkpop article claims that the case is still under investigation and that it hasn't been withdrawn. "We're receiving information about the withdrawal through media reports, but a withdrawal has not been filed with us. We have not received any of these forms. What's been reported is not true," the outlet quoted law enforcement officials as saying.

According to Allkpop, the police is still investigating the case and will examine CCTV footage of the area soon.

"Firstly, we will summon the victim to confirm the situation, and afterwards, we'll have to investigate the accused Yoochun in order to have a general outline," a statement from the Seoul Gangnam District Police read.

Yoochun, 30, who gained popularity through his successful career in Korean TV shows, was earlier accused of sexually assaulting Ms. Lee in the establishment's bathroom in the early hours of Saturday, June 4. Although C-JeS Entertainment called her statement "one-sided," the company said that Yoochun will co-operate with the police.
