New Delhi, May 22 (ANI): A Delhi court on Thursday granted bail to AAP leader Yogendra Yadav after his detention for protesting outside Tihar jail against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal. The court ordered Yadav to be released on a personal bond of Rs 5,000. Yadav said that the court did not decide on the legality of the arrest yet. Prashant Bhushan had argued that Yadav be released on personal surety or be discharged under section 59 of the CrPC because the arrest was illegal as there was no public atonement of the imposition of Section 144 of the CrPC as required under the law.
