The viewers of "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" will soon witness another time jump in the storyline and see several new faces joining the cast. It had been reported that Ashnoor Kaur, who used to essay the role of Naira, would be replaced by Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan would be seen playing Naira's love interest, Kartik.

There were reports that before the story moves several years ahead, Naira will reportedly leave her home, while after the leap she will be seen living in Hrishikesh. While the viewers must be wondering how the upcoming track will unfold, according to latest reports, the entire Singhania family, including Naitik (Karan Mehra), Akshara (Hina Khan) and Naira, will plan a family picnic to cheer up a heartbroken Naksh (Rohan Mehra), whose wedding with Tara was recently called off. However, while returning from the fun trip, Naira will get involved in an ugly fight with her friend Sukanya. The spat will unfortunately end up with Sukanya accidentally falling from a running train.

"In order to cheer up Naksh the entire family will go on a family picnic. While returning Naira's friend Sukanya will will get into a fight with her boyfriend and will end up accidentally killing him. Upon witnessing the situation, Naira will scold Sukanya and while having an ugly spat, Sukanya will accidentally fall from the running train and will die," a source told

The incident will leave Naira extremely scared and fearing being blamed and punished for Sukanya's death, Naira will flee the spot. This will mark the end of Ashnoor's journey on the show.

Unable to trace Naira, a depressed Naitik will leave the country and settle abroad. After the time jump, Kartik will be seen joining Naitik as his business associate and in one of their business trips to Hrishikesh, Kartik will meet grown-up Naira (Shivangi) and fall in love with her.

Also, it was reported that after the time jump, Naksh would be seen sporting Aamir Khan's look from his film "Ghajini" and Akshara will also appear in a completely different look. The gorgeous actress will turn ultramodern and will sport Indo-western outfits.
