'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' actress Anita Hassanandani to appear on 'Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant'

Anita Hassanandani, who plays Shagun on the popular show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," will soon sizzle on another show, titled "Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant."

Ekta Kapoor's fairly new show "Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant" is gearing up for the grand wedding of the lead characters Shaan (played by Karan V Grover) and Rajni (played by Ridhima Pandit). A report in India Forums says Anita will make a special appearance on the show during the wedding ceremony. The gorgeous actress will also spice up the drama on the show.

"Anita Hassanandani will soon be making an appearance on the show as a guest during the wedding ceremony of Shaan and Rajni. Her entry will create drama during the wedding ceremony, [sic]" a source told the web-portal.

"Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant," launched last month, saw "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" lead actress Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita making a special appearance in the opening episode.

In other news, Anita recently made headlines when reports of the actress being approached to play the lead on a new show surfaced. A report in Tellychakkar.com said the untitled show is a unique love story and will revolve around a boy who falls in love with a girl older than him.

Anita will reportedly be seen opposite newcomer and model Tushar Khanna. The "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actress is apparently in talks with the makers and is yet to sign the deal. "Anita is presently in talks with the channel for the show. However, nothing is yet confirmed on paper, [sic]," a source told the web-portal. However, Anita has denied being approached for a new show.

There was also news the actress would play a key role in the upcoming show "Rani Mahal," supposedly inspired by HBO's wildly popular fantasy series "Game of Thrones." Anita will reportedly play the role of Cersei Lannister on the show.
