As expected, Xiaomi announced the new Dark Grey Mi 4i in India on Wednesday, 10 June.
The company also announced that the new Xiaomi Mi 4i variant will be exclusively available on Mi.com/in only and prospective buyers have to get registered at the official website (HERE) to become eligible to make a purchase on 16 June.

That being said, white Xiaomi Mi 4i model will continue to be sold via Flipkart. Registered consumers can buy the phone on 11 June at 2:00 pm (HERE).
Besides the dark grey colour on the rear side, the new variant cost ₹12,999 bucks and packs same features we see in the white model.
It sports a 5.0-inch full HD screen and run on the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS (with MIUI) backed by the second generation Snapdragon 615 Octa-core SoC, Adreno 405 graphics engine, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage capacity and a high-capacity 3120 mAh battery, which can power the phone for close 1.5 days.
