New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): In a show of strength, the women's wing of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) organised a bike rally in New Delhi on Wednesday, ahead of assembly elections in the city. This bike rally was organised in Krishna Nagar, the constituency from where the chief ministerial candidate of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Kiran Bedi, is contesting elections. Delhi goes to polls on February 7 for the second time in 14 months after AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal pulled plugs on his government supported by Congress party barely 49 days into office last February. AAP supporters from across the country converged in the capital to take part in the rally. Bollywood actress and member of AAP from Chandigarh city, Gul Panag, led the rally riding her trademark Bullet bike, wearing a red jacket. Panag was accompanied by scores of women riding two-wheelers. AAP leader Shefali Mishra said that only Kejriwal could make empowerment of women in Delhi a reality.
