New Delhi, Oct 28 (ANI): The Congress on Tuesday slammed the BJP as talks of the party getting an invitation from Delhi LG Najeeb Jung gained momentum. Slamming the BJP, the Congress said that without numbers if the BJP is talking about forming a government in Delhi, it is then a mockery of democracy.
