Gwent Cheats – Tips and Tricks

Here are some tips and tricks that will improve the card game Gwent that is played in Novigrad and surroundings.

Primary Focus must not be Winning in the First Round

In the first round, the players must see to it that they make their opponent to use all their special cards and big combo cards. This will thwart them from using it on a later date. Players must also see that they do not go over 10-12 damage.

Keep More Cards than Rivals

One trick is to have more cards than the opponent, so Spies will play an important role since they give two cards in exchange.

Keep all the Big Cards till the End

Players should not act in haste and spend off their special cards, instead they need to wait and rather make their rival spend it. This will enable players to use the bigger ones at the end, until then they can use some less powerful cards.

Diversify the Type of Unit

Players must see that they are not focused on using only a single type of unit in Gwent match they will have to diversify and should not risk just because their rival has done so.

Moves during Decoying or Healing must be Well Considered

Players must be cautious when using healing cards with combos, as one healing card can help heal another card. This applies to Decoys too.

Use your Leader's Ability

Players will need to use their Leader's Ability, they have to click on the leader to receive one. It could be a special card or a free Commander's Horn.

Money Cheat in Wild Hunt

Here are some of the money cheats that will help players in making some quick money.

Method 1

This method can be found in the town of Midcopse (in the White Orchard area). Players will reach there for "Hunting a Witch" main quest.

  1. Jump over the livestock fence into the grass pasture with the cows before you cross the Woesong Bridge.
  2. Kill all the cows in the pasture.
  3. Pick up the cow hide and meat from their corpses. Meditate at least two hours, so cows will respawn... and you will be able to kill them again.
  4. Sell the cow hides to the nearest merchant for quick cash.

Method 2

This method can be found at the Heirarch Center in Novigrad. Players will have to first visit Velen and either opt for fast travel or can take a boat to Novigard.

  1. At the Heirarch Center Square you will find a merchant in front of some fish who will sell unlimited Shells and Sea Shells for 7 Crowns. Exit and enter again the merchant's shop, as all his goods will be restored. If not, meditate or fast travel and enter the shop one more time.
  2. Take the Shells to the Armorer next to the merchant. Dismantle the Shells into Pearls, and you will be able to sell them for 109 Crowns each.
  3. Sell the Pearls to the Armorer until he has sufficient money. Once he runs out of Crowns, meditate for five days, so the Armorer will get 1,000 Crowns to spend in about one minute.

Players wanting to sell Pearls and Black Pearls at a rate of around 2,700 Crowns per minute must head to the loan shark shop. This is a building with red carpets outside near the Southern Gates, after noon.
