New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): In a bid to doing away with bureaucratic hurdles and red tape from the system, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there was a need to transform from the existing culture of "ABCD', that is, Avoid, Bypass, Confuse, Delay" to a culture of "ROAD, that is, Responsibility, Ownership, Accountability, Discipline" of success. He further reiterated his call for making a globally recognized 'Brand India' with a hashtag 'Zero Defect, Zero Effect'. He advocated for such produce which has no defect and also no adverse effect in the environment. PM Modi also stressed on the fact that the growth should be balanced across the country. He also maintained that there should be maximum movement of Men, Money, Machinery, Materials and Minerals across the country.
