New Delhi, Sep 29 (ANI): Even as the Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a mega rally in Delhi on Sunday with the BJP expecting at least five lakh people to attend the event, Congress on Sunday asked why the senior party leadership was not attending dictator Modi's rally.
