South Indian actress Anushka Shetty made a global name after Baahubali (Bahubali) 2 did extremely well worldwide. Bollywood filmmakers are now keen to work with the actress and have been offering roles to her.
One of the fillmakers, E. Niwas, too offered Anushka a movie, but unfortunately it has been shelved. He told Deccan Chronicle: "That movie is not happening right now. It's is about a juvenile and has to have a newcomer. We couldn't work around both these things. The budgets couldn't be worked out either."
Niwas further said that the movie will happen in future but now it has been put on a backburner. "Anushka is now a star all over India and not just down south. It would be a great experience to work with her. Right now, the project is on a backburner," he added.
The film was meant to be titled Juvenile and it was supposed to be a multi-starrer. If not Niwas, then who will launch Anushka in Bollywood. Will it be Karan Johar who presented the Hindi version of Baahubali?
Anushka is a huge star in Telugu industry and after Baahubali, the Hindi movie goers are also interested to watch her on-screen more often. Doing a Bollywood movie will also bring profit to Anushka's fame and name. Don't you think? Share your views in the comment box below.
