It appears like YU Yureka Note will have to compete with Micromax Canvas 6 Pro besides other devices like Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, Samsung Galaxy J7 (2015) and LeEco Le 1s. Yu, a subsidiary of Micromax, hasn't officially released the device, but it is currently available for purchase online.

It is reported that a few units of the YU Yureka Note, codenamed YU6000, were sold at an undisclosed brick-and-mortar shop in India. The leak not only disclosed the specifications but also the pricing. The device has a price tag of Rs. 14,999, which means it will have to compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2015), which is priced at Rs. 14,249, the 32GB variant of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Rs. 11,999), and the LeEco Le 1s (Rs. 10,999).

Display

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has a metal uni-body and sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 1,080x1,920 pixels (403 ppi pixel density), while the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2015) comes with a plastic body and has a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 720x1,280 pixels (267 ppi pixel density) and the LeEco Le 1s sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS In Cell display with a 1,080x1,920 pixels (403 ppi pixel density). On the other hand, the Yu Yureka Note has a 6.0-inch full HD IPS display with 1,920x1,080 pixels and screen protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

Processor and software

The Yu Yureka Note is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core processor and runs Android Lollipop operating system, while the LeEco Le 1s has a Mediatek Helio X10 processor clocking at 2.2GHz and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based eUi OS, and the Redmi Note 3 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor and runs Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. On the other hand, the Galaxy J7 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615/Exynos 7580 processor and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Storage

The Redmi Note 3 comes packed with a 16GB/32GB internal storage (no microSD card slot) and 3GB RAM, while LeEco Le 1s has a 32GB internal storage and a 3GB RAM, and the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2015) has a 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB) and 1.5GB RAM. The Yu Yureka Note has a 16GB internal storage (no information on availability of expandable memory) and a 3GB RAM.

Camera

The LeEco Le 1s mounts a 13MP main camera with ISOCELL 5P Lens and 5MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture, while the Galaxy J7 (2015) has a 13MP main camera with f/1.9 and 28mm, and a 5MP front-snapper with f/2.2 aperture. The Redmi Note 3 has a 16MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP secondary camera with f/2.0, and the Yu Yureka Note has a 13MP camera with dual-tone LED flash, full HD video recording and an 8MP front-snapper.

Battery

Both the Redmi Note 3 and Yu Yureka Note have a 4,000mAh battery except that the latter comes with fast charging technology. On the other hand, the Galaxy J7 (2015) has a 3,000mAh and the Le 1s has a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging technology.
