Aditi Bhatia, who plays the role of grown-up Ruhi on "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," is on cloud nine these days. The actress was praised by veteran actor Jeetendra for her splendid performance on the show.

Jeetendra, whose daughter Ekta Kapoor is the producer of the show, recently paid a surprise visit to the sets of the show and appreciated the 16-year-old's portrayal of a tomboyish rockstar. "I only watch 'Ye Hai Mohabbatein' on television. It's my favourite show and I absolutely love the bubbly character of Ruhi. I think Aditi Bhatia (elder Ruhi on the show post the leap) is doing a wonderful job of playing a tomboyish rock star type character at such a young age," Indo-Asian News Service (IANS) quoted Jeetendra as saying.

Overwhelmed with Jeetendra's kind words, Aditi said: "I'm blessed to be liked and loved by an iconic personality like Jeetendra-ji. Never had I thought that he will like my performance so much that he would personally come down to meet me and appreciate me. He told me that my acting transition from Ruhaan to Ruhi is commendable and called me a true rock star in real life too."

While Aditi was lauded, it was reportedly on Jeetendra's same visit when he reprimanded Karan Patel, who plays the role of Raman, for his late arrival on the sets. The veteran actor was shocked to learn that Karan never arrives on time and keeps the cast and crew waiting for long hours.

In other news, rumours have been doing the rounds that Aditi and Abhishek Verma, who play on-screen siblings Ruhi and Aditya, respectively, are dating. Apparently, both the actors often spend their time together when not shooting and have turned inseparable on the sets. However, both Aditi and Abhishek have denied the rumour claiming that they are just good friends.
