The cast of mythological show "Siya Ke Ram" including Ashish Sharma aka Ram, Madirakshi Mundle aka Sita recently got emotional during the shoot of a particular scene. According to reports, the entire team was shooting the death sequence of Raja Dashrath (Dalip Tahil), which was probably the on-screen royal family of Ayodhya's last scene together.

Since it was their last scene as a family, the cast hugged each other and got emotional. The team will hereafter shoot separate scenes as the show will soon focus on Ram, Sita and Lakshman proceeding towards 14 years of vanwaas (exile).

"It was very, very emotional. Everyone was teary-eyed to another level altogether. Only we know how we managed to shoot for the scene because we knew once the scene is over, we would not be shooting such a scene together again," IANS quoted Ashish as saying.

"Yes, there would be separate scenes but this was a last scene for all of us together as Ayodhya's royal family and as family off screen too. All of us had a group hug for five minutes and took a while to recover from the entire atmosphere," he added.

Meanwhile, with the show gearing up for Ram, Sita and Lakshman's vanwaas, viewers will soon witness Ram's devotee Hanuman joining them on their journey. Wrestler Danish Akhtar Saifi has been roped in to play the role of Hanuman.

For the past few months, the wrestler-turned-actor had been working hard on his acting skills and prepping for the role. Even as Danish is working hard on his acting skills, Ashish is mentoring the wrestler for the role. The makers have done a detailed study and are looking into minute details to give the character of Hanuman an authentic look.
