The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is likely to declare the results of Class 10 board exams any time after Tuesday, May 16. Students who appeared for the exams in 2017 can check their marks online on the board's official site.

This year the Class 10 exams were conducted between February 22 and March 3. While it is expected that the results may be declared on May 16 itself, there is no official confirmation on it yet.

The West Bengal Board will hold a meeting on May 16 to decide the result date, after which a final confirmation will be sent out, according to the Financial Express.

Here's how students can check their results online:

  • Log on to the official site of the West Bengal board -- wbresults.nic.in
  • Click on the Madhyamik Pariksha Results 2017 link
  • Enter the required details such as name, date of birth and roll number
  • Click on submit and you will be able to see your marks 
  • You can download your result as well as take a printout of the same

The Class 12 results of the West Bengal Board are likely to be announced in June.
