Patna, Feb 20 (ANI): The BJP on Friday said that it stood against the "humiliation" of a mahadalit at the hands of Nitish Kumar and therefore do not repent on their decision. Earlier in the day, Jitan Ram Manjhi stepped down as the Bihar Chief Minister, hours before he was to seek a vote of confidence in the state assembly. The BJP had asked its 87 MLAs to vote in favour of Manjhi today while the JD (U), RJD, Congress and CPI had issued a whip to its legislators to vote against him. The JD (U) and BJP have accused each other for the current political crisis in Bihar.
