New Delhi, Dec 24 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi on Tuesday raised doubt about the Congress' alliance with the Aam Aadmi Party to form government in Delhi. Dwivedi stated that there is a section of Congress leaders who think that the Congress should have played the role of an opposition instead of joining AAP.
