There's drama and lots of it in the latest episode of "Southern Charm." The Bravo TV reality series focuses on the feud between Kathryn and Patricia in Season 3 episode 3 titled "Hold Your Horses."

In the latest instalment of "Southern Charm," what's supposed to be a fun occasion goes amiss. The cast members of the reality show get invited to Patricia's flamenco party, but the only person who doesn't receive an invitation is Kathryn.
The latter feels insulted and ostracised from the group. In an effort to placate her, Kathryn's husband Thomas visits Patricia but the hostess defends her actions. "As far as I'm concerned, she doesn't exist for me."
This statement from Patricia impels Thomas to call her Iron Lady. However, he doesn't press her to consider inviting his partner, Kathryn.
Meanwhile, Kathryn's emotional predicament puts hers and others' happiness at risk. According to the synopsis (via TV Guide) for episode 3, Kathryn and Kensie join a family occasion to watch Thomas play polo. But this turns into a disaster. In the promo, a frustrated Kathryn says that she wants to leave. Her partner Thomas is equally angry. He says that he doesn't want to be in a relationship with Kathryn.
