Lip's (Jeremy Allen White) journey has been quite tumultuous in "Shameless" Season 6, especially after his torrid affair with Helene (Sasha Alexander) blew up. In the upcoming Season 6 Episode 8 titled "Be a Good Boy. Come For Grandma," Lip will be seen facing yet another problem: a bit more biological this time.

After Helene, Lip really hasn't been himself and was even seen drunk shouting in front of his professor's house in the middle of the night. Despite flirtatious advances from the women in his sorority house where he is working as a kitchen boy, he has not slept with anyone. In the promo for the upcoming episode, it is understood he even has problems performing while he is with a girl.

As usual, Queenie (Sherilyn Fenn) wants to help, and using her unique herbal and organic methods it looks like she is able to help him out. In the promo, she is seen rubbing Lip's feet and when she sees Lip is "feeling better", she exclaims excitedly, "Grandma Queenie to the rescue."

Meanwhile, Lip's younger brother Carl (Ethan Cutkosky) is going through more of an existential crisis after his friend Nick (Victor I Onuigbo) was taken to prison. He decides to quit selling drugs, but his father Frank (William H Macy) tries to change his mind.

"It's not your choice to stay in the game or not. It's your birthright," says Frank inspiringly. However, Carl does not seem convinced, and so, Frank magnanimously agrees to do his rounds for the day and give his son time to think. It remains to be seen if Carl will take his father's advice.
