Bengaluru Bulls have not had a decent start to their Pro Kabaddi 2016 campaign, having lost both their games at home so far. Will they be able to make a turnaround on Friday? That remains to be seen.
The Bulls take on inaugural Pro Kabaddi champions Jaipur Pink Panthers in their fourth overall match of the competion at the Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru.
Bengaluru Bulls, also the finalists of the last seasonof Pro Kabaddi League, started their campaign this time with a six-point win over Dabang Delhi in their first game of the competition in Vizag. However, they then suffered high-margin defeats to Patna Pirates and Bengal Warriors at home.
Jaipur Pink Panthers, meanwhile, started their campaign this season on the highest note possible, after getting past defending champions U Mumba with a nine-point margin. However, they then suffered the narrowest of narrow defeats against Patna Pirates in their last game.
The Bengaluru side boasts the likes of Surjeet Narwal, Deepak Dahiya, Amit Rathi, and Deepak Kumar, but somehow the team has failed to get the combination correct so far. Bengaluru Bulls dished out a complete performance against Dabang Delhi, but their team chemistry took a hit after that.
Jaipur Pink Panthers, thus, look the better side going into the match. They don't have a great roster, to be honest, but the likes of Sonu Narwal, Rohit Rana and Navneet Gautam can turn the tide of the game at any point. Rana was the star of the match for the Pink Panthers against Mumbai, along with Jasvir Singh.
