"Naruto Shippuden" episode 465 will see yet another filler, this one featuring Hagoromo's sons Ashura and Indra. In the previous episode "Ninshu: The Ninja Creed," fans saw Hagoromo explaining the story of Ninshu to the four Hokage and the upcoming "Ashura and Indra" is a continuation of this flashback filler.

The upcoming episode will mark the anime debut of Ashura and Indra, two popular characters from the manga series. So, despite the episode being filler-like, fans are excited about it. Moreover, Ashura and Indra's fight will be reminiscent of Naruto and Sasuke's fight in the cannon.

In the promo for the upcoming episode 465, Hagoromo is heard saying, "At the time my Ninshu did not have a practical application for fighting yet. My original intent for it was to help bring souls together. But due to Indra's innovations, the course of Ninshu was drastically changed."

Clearly this story is paving way for the story of Indra's jealousy and hatred for his younger brother Ashura. Over the course of the episode, fans will see Ashura being named as the successor of Ninshu.

However, as Manga fans know, Indra will challenge him for it and the boys will end up fighting each to death. Over the course of time, Ashura and Indra's chakras reincarnate as Naruto and Sasuke, respectively. This is why fans expect the fight between the brothers that is expected to air on episode 465 to be an epic one. It will direct the course of Naurto and Sasuke's lives and their battle.

Here are some comments fans have written in anticipation of "Ashura and Indra:"

Godfather08: "This is gonna be the best episode in this whole filler arc [sic]"

Brandon Corbett: "The only filler im looking foward toi [sic]"

Cr7450: "OMFG!!! finally! I've been waiting for these two to make their anime debut in so happy it's happening this is gonna be EPIC!!"
