Married at First Sight season 3 episode 5

The three newlywed couples on "Married at First Sight" season 3 seem to be taking things slow. After all, they didn't meet or even speak to each other until they said, "I Do." If the tone and pace of the show is any indication of how these couples will wade through their marriage, we can safely predict that love or the prospect of it will be addressed much later in season 3.

In the previous episode, Tres and Vanessa, Sam and Neil and David and Ashley spent their first night together as husband and wife. However, neither of them consummated their marriage. The couples are still getting to know the other person, and perhaps their honeymoon will lend a suitable opportunity to indulge in couple centric activities.

The promo for season 3 episode 5 captures a few moments of the cast members' honeymoon. While Tres and Vanessa spend time together over a romantic dinner; David and Ashley talk about intimacy in their marriage and David says that spending time with each other is of paramount importance to him. The promo also hints that David and Ashley are actually quite happy with one another, and may even get more intimate in the upcoming episode.

Whilst there is happiness among some of the cast members, Neil and Sam struggle to find common ground. This extreme behavior from the both of them is a result of Sam's lack of interest in Neil.

In the previous episode, Sam tells her husband that she only has platonic feelings for him. In season 3 episode 5, Neil's hurt ego and reaction to his wife is shown. At one point, Neil launches a verbal attack on Sam and says, "How about you don't call me a pussy or a man's man?"

Sam walks away and says, "I've tried so hard."

Do you think Sam and Neil will end their marriage?

Season 3 episode 5's synopsis reads:
