The latest and final episode of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" Season 11 has in store many shocking twists and turns. However, the most anticipated storyline is that of Kim Kardashian West's, who will go into labour in Episode 13.

The upcoming episode of E!'s reality series will end with Kim's birthing experience. Kanye's wife will be escorted to the hospital by her friend Jonathan Cheban and sister Kourtney.

In the promo, Kim tells her mom that her water has just broken. Although the momager looks shocked and surprised, Kim looks calm.

In another promo clip, Kim begins to feel a little anxious as she is being driven to the hospital. She fears that she may not make it in time.

The show may not capture the reality star giving birth, just like they didn't the last time when she delivered her daughter, North West.

Elsewhere in the episode, Kourtney's ex-boyfriend Scott Disick will make an appearance. He was largely absent throughout Season 11 due to his time in rehab.

While Disick looks happy to be home with his three kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign, Kourtney seems withdrawn. In the video clip, she reveals that she doesn't want to end up in the same place she was a few years ago.

However, will she give her relationship another shot?

Season 11 Episode 13's synopsis released via TV Guide reads:

"In the Season 11 finale, Kim learns that her house won't be completed on time and that her baby is breech as her due date nears. Meanwhile, Scott returns from rehab ready to prove to Kourtney that he is a changed man. And, while in Australia for the launch of their new clothing brand, Kylie confronts Kendall about being a team."

"Keeping up with the Kardashians" Season 11 Episode 13 airs Sunday, Feb. 21 at 9 p.m. on E! You can live stream the episode via E! Live.
